Welcome to Te Ata

A place to learn, share and grow

A Peer Led Community Wellbeing Center in West Auckland

West Auckland Mental Health Support Trust

About Us

We are a peer led, mental health support service that offers a safe place for members to come along and socialize, learn and participate in a variety of programs, activities, events, and workshops.

Being peer led means we are governed and run by people who have experience of mental health and/or addiction challenges.

If you're over 18, live in the West Auckland area, and have a mental health challenge, have been under a mental health team, or are currently facing mental health challenges, Te Ata offers a welcoming space to connect, learn, be creative, and find a sense of belonging. Feel free to give us a call to learn more about our free services and how we can support you.
